Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the moment USPS confirms delivery to request an exchange or a return. The product must be unused, unwashed, and with its tags.
Did the size not fit? Email us at info@salaobeachwear.com with your order number. You pay for the return shipping, and we cover the shipping for the exchange.
If it arrived defective or is not what you ordered, we cover everything and send you a replacement at no cost.
Cuidado
Clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not put it in the washing machine or dryer — the structure of the visor will become deformed.
